Shipping Information

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan): 2–7 working days
  • International Shipping: Available (rates vary based on location)
  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.
    You can also request your tracking details anytime by sending your order name or order number on our social media platforms.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Apidote, customer satisfaction matters to us. However, to maintain fairness and quality, our return and exchange policy is defined clearly below:

Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • Size issues are not eligible for return, but exchange is available.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Due to the recent increase in government fuel prices, our processing charges have been slightly adjusted.

Charges

  • Return Processing Fee: Rs. 490 (applicable on approved returns)
  • Exchange Processing Fee: Rs. 490
  • Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs (if required)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged items.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated.
  • A Rs. 490 processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Exchange Process (Size Issues)

  • For size exchanges, our rider will deliver the new item and collect the previous one at the same time.
  • A Rs. 490 exchange fee will apply.

Return / Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us to initiate your request
  2. Share your order number and reason
  3. Provide a clear unboxing video (mandatory for claim validation)
  4. Follow the instructions provided by our support team

Important Notes

  • Returns/exchanges without an unboxing video may not be accepted
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting/screens
  • Orders placed confirm that you agree to our policy terms
